As an independent oil and gas company headquartered in Bakersfield, California, ABA Energy Corporation has explored for and produced oil and gas in various parts of California since 1991. The company’s recent exploration efforts in Ventura County have resulted in ABA Energy significantly increasing production from a 60-year old field as the result of focused/targeted developmental drilling.
ABA Energy will continue to thrive through a strategic growth plan based on mature field revitalization, wildcat exploration and acquisitions.

ABA Energy relies on its professional land staff to locate and reach out to mineral owners to provide them with the opportunity to develop their minerals in a timely and efficient manner. As an experienced oilfield operator ABA Energy understands the needs and concerns of mineral owners when entering into oil and gas leases. Keeping mineral owners informed about what’s going on is a key goal for our land department and sets ABA Energy apart as the company seeks to work in a cooperative manner with mineral owners and their surface tenants/users. Communication is the key to a healthy working relationship.
